We start with ragi — the humble finger millet that’s nourished generations — and bring it together with whole wheat, chickpea flour, and the slow warmth of jaggery. Each truffle is wrapped in 50% dark chocolate made with real cocoa mass and cocoa butter, and finished by hand in our Bhubaneswar kitchen.
The result is a truffle that tastes like home: nutty, earthy, gently sweet. Not too dark, not too sweet — just right with an afternoon coffee or as a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates the good things slowly.
